Basically… $5 difference. 😂
Sales were also nearly identical — 254 this year vs. 258 last year.
So what does that mean?
Buyers: You have choices. Don’t overlook homes that have been sitting on the market. That’s where some of the best negotiating opportunities can be hiding.
Sellers: Your competition isn’t just the house down the street. It’s every other home your buyer could purchase for the same monthly payment.
This is NOT a “throw your house on the market and hope” kind of market.
It’s a strategy matters kind of market.
