“This kitchen is too small.”
“I don’t love the flooring.”
“The backyard isn’t exactly what I pictured.”

Listen, I get it. You’re spending a LOT of money. You should be picky.
But here’s what I’ve learned: you’re probably not going to find a house that checks every single box.
The trick is figuring out which boxes actually matter.
Because paint? Change it.
Flooring? Change it.
Light fixtures? Change them.
But you can’t change the neighborhood.
You can’t change the location.
And you probably shouldn’t try to move the house. 😂
So instead of asking, “Is this house perfect?”
Ask yourself:
“Can I see myself being really happy here?”
That question might get you a lot closer to the right house. 🏡
